	2007 Stratford Area Builders Association Award for "Most Outstanding New Home Over 1800 Sq. Feet" Donkers Harris Ltd. won the 2007 Stratford Area Builders Association Award for "Most Outstanding New Home over 1800 Square Feet" for the Schmalz Home pictured on the left. This unique home boasts many wonderful features to reflect the home-owner's personal taste. Designed by Donkers Harris' Architect, Don Mackinnon.
	2008 Stratford Area Builders Association Award for "Best Sales Brochure" Donkers Harris won the Stratford Area Builders Association 2008 SAM award for "Best Sales Brochure". The brochure, pictured on the left, was designed by Montana West Trade Co. and the photography was done by Montana West Trade Co. and GJ Studios.
	2011 Stratford Area Builders Association Award for "Most Outstanding Multi-Residential Project" Donkers Harris won the Stratford Area Builders Association 2011 SABA award for "Most Outstanding Multi-Residential Project" for their construction of the Abbeyfield Seniors Residence in Caledon East.
